CONROE, TEXAS (September 2013) - Congressman Kevin Brady (R-TX) visited the Touchstone Neurorecovery Center, a transitional and residential rehabilitation environment for patients with acquired brain injuries located in Conroe, Texas.
While touring the 26-acre site, the Congressman learned about the customized treatment programs offered at the Center that are designed to help individuals with known or suspected brain injury or neurological deficits progress to their highest functional level possible. The Congressman was also presented with information about the growth ad expansion of Touchstone. The Center is currently constructing a new 20,000 square-foot rehabilitation center a family-style living center and amphitheater to serve more individuals with Traumatic Brain injures with the best care in the best facilities possible.
Congressman Brady said, "This was an impressive tour. The work that is being done here gives hope to a lot of families whose lives are touched by traumatic brain injury, and who often face a long road to recovery. I have known Dr. Cassidy for many years and am amazed at what a difference he and his staff are making in these lives."
